Background

A room overlooking the Nile is about the last three days in Eissa's life, who is a writer, but never wrote anything because he is obsessed with the idea of perfection that he becomes afraid of writing, accompanied in his last days by his friend, novelist refaat, who wrote everything he could and reached the same conclusion: there is no point.

The couple watch from the window of their room at the private hospital a Nile Island, the government and some investors entered a conflict to control it with the original owners of the peasant, so was the crumbling in the body of the dying in parallel with the collapse in the Egyptian society under the pressure of corruption and brokering.
